To obtain an unsupervised temporary medical license in Saskatchewan you must have the following:
• Medical Degree
At this stage I am only able to help candidates with Medical degrees from Australia, New Zealand, United States, South Africa, Great Britain, Northern Ireland, and Ireland.
• A minimum of 24 months of postgraduate training from a university-affiliated teaching hospital.
This must include a minimum of eight weeks' rotations in General Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Internal Medicine, and Paediatrics. This includes any rotations done during internship and later, so long as they are completed at a training hospital. A rotation in Psychiatry is a very good bonus and well worth doing before you come, if you can.
• A Certificate of Good Standing (or equivalent) from your state's medical licensing board.
This is only required closer to the time of your arrival, as they are only good for three months.
